Thank you button under posts?

Just a quick idea mods...I think this forum could benefit from a "thanks button" like they have over at www.avforums.com.

Its a nice way to recognise people who have helped you out and also incentivises helpful behaviour as next to the persons name it can show how many times they have been thanked over x number of posts (also how many times they have thanked others).

For example...

We use to have a ratings system for posting but it didn't work too well, though we are happy to put the suggestion in the ideas section and have a look at whether it is worth reinstating.
