Just had some fun with a aston with plate V12 D??. For once the guy was clearly up for it. I must confess to fully burying the throttle to 7K. The aston was quick, (and I hope he was give his full beans too).

It was nice to get an acknowledgement and wave after. Respect to the Aston driver. He turned off to a private road in Handcross - my gaff. Fubes......d'you know him or seen it around?

Sounds like the sage greeny one that lives next door to the mini market in Cowfold. See him around a bit (he's only had it a month or so ago according to his Chim owning mate who I accosted thinking he lived locally)

Only happened upon him twice whilst in the Cerb, both times he seemed to be up for it, just the road never allowed...yetwink

He also has a lovely old 'banger'(MG A or some such) tucked away in the garage that he is seen tinkering with in the summer evenings.

Always gives a wave as we part. Maybe I should knock on his door and invite him out for a blast, with you hiding round the corner as my wingmanwink
