The Cerbera Performance Post!
Discussion
So here we are. List all your power torque and weight figures. Top of the power list is the car with the most BHP rather than torque just to keep thigs more simple. Weight without driver.

I'll take temporary top slot for the 4.2's, least until Longbow (and no doubt some others) turn up.

Umm interesting HarryWs Cerb - It is a 4.2 that has been rebuilt into a 4.5 right?
Does it count as a 4.2, a 4.5 or as a modified? (extra category... 4.2 modified into 4.5...
)
maybe add ro_butler 401bhp 4.5 RR
You could consider that it is a RR version of the later 4.2's. In that they are 4.5's with 4.2 intakes. Does it count as a 4.2, a 4.5 or as a modified? (extra category... 4.2 modified into 4.5...
)maybe add ro_butler 401bhp 4.5 RR

But to be fair it really is a 4.5 breathing through the restrictive 4.2 intakes as to call it a 4.2 is like saying Brummies LS is a modified 4.2

I think to keep things as they always have been that Charlie's place should be the one to use. Most people are southern based anyway so it's also probably geographically better to use SRR
I can bring the buns though
I reckon this would turn into a cracking Meet / Day Out???
I can bring the buns though
How many people would be up for this?
Jules.
I would love to go...I might even be ready by then with a car and everything by then...
Edited - just realised thats only 3 months away, and I don't expect the engine bits to land till middle of next month, so probably no chance of being ready in time
Edited 2 - was just thinking that another measure we could use is power to weight ratio...
Really I would like to see a torque to weight ratio (by torque I am not really after peak torque so much as the area under the torque curve) I think could be a much better measure of how fast a car would be in real world conditions, after all how fast you accelerate is your torque overcoming the drag and adding momentum to the cars mass (kinetic energy/mass gets you to how fast you going to accelerate), but I reckon its a difficult measure to actually produce...
