Noisy oinks

Resident Bib -advice needed --

Problem - of late ,oink with disco type sterio has pulled up opposite ,in middle of road (getting to be regular even t now), disco on full blast( deafening in house opposite with double glazing) , and insists on attracting attention of oink in house opposite with several blasts of horn .
Best course of action ?

Is he pulling up just to collect someone? So only there for a very short period? What kind of time is this happening? If its early evening and only for a minute or two then maybe there's not much harm being done?

Alternatively just ask him to be a bit more considerate?

Lol...it doesn't make them turn it down...you just cannot hear them anymore...you have to wear ear defenders to use a Minigun
