Don't do it, keep the stealth look!!!

If anything change the yellow lotus wheel badges to black/silver ones. smile

Try polished alloy instead of green?

Too bright and unless you continue that green elsewhere on the car it doesn't look too good IMHO

It was just a quick photoshop effort after seeing some done in red on some of the cars across the pond. I dont know how it would look in real life as it obviously would not be that bright.

I think the cars in the US just used some kind of tape to get the effect.

More along these lines?

looks like white wall tyres .... very Yankie ! I'm not a great fan of black alloys either ... gun metal grey is the darkest I would go.

I kind of mean bare alloy. It can't be too bright with a black car IMO.

I like the colour. You can do this with motorbike rim tape.

I might buy some of the biker tape, see how it looks and just remove it if it looks daft. I like the green against the black and agree with s works, just the wheels! My engine is yellow but i guess if i kept the green wheels it may look a bit better the same colour.

I had considered doing some slight modifications to my previous S1.
