Must be great to have the car back in one piece and all working properly.

No Lotus at the moment. More bits going on the car....

Should probably consider getting another 120 bhp added while it's in pieces. Hmmmm. Or maybe blow the money on some driving talent.

Shangers, what happened to you at Snetterton? Last I saw of you was sitting in the pit lane waiting to go on track.

Shangers, what happened to you at Snetterton? Last I saw of you was sitting in the pit lane waiting to go on track.
Combination of factors:

1) Loose engine mount (as it turned out) that was making a knocking noise under braking. Very disconcerting.
2) Lent the car to one of my friends who is racing at Snett (after his car got an oil leak) so he could get in some dry laps. Then of course it rained. I hate the wet as every trackday I go to nowadays rains.
3) Tyres were shredded and were absolutely lethal in the wet - spun at Coram at 90+ in the wet and then called it a day. Went home before lunch.

All in all not my best outing. Note to self - worn 048's in the wet are really really sh*te. Especially on the motorway back home.

Was good to meet you finally though.
