Mondeo (00-07) reversing elecs - lights, sensor, wiper

Just bought a Mondeo estate, rear reversing lights (I think there should be 2) don't work, nor does the parking sensor alarm thing (it does have one) and nor does the rear wiper come on when you reverse, as it is supposed to.

Do all these come from the same fuse, or is it likely that a sensor realising I am in reverse that feeds all of these devices with the necessary power is not functioning?

Would guess gearbox reverse switch? No way one fuse will feed all of that.

thats what I thought - is the switch accessible/testable? I've dropped the car into the garage but I think they are going to a diagnostic on it, there is still 2 weeks of ford direct warranty on it, so hoping a) they can get to the bottom of it easily and b) it is a warranty fix!

Ford direct warranty was great on my last car so it should be covered. Is this a 6 speed car? IIRC the switch is on the top which is easy to get to.

no its a 5spd estate, looks pretty clear that it is a warranty job to me, unless they want to try and tell me 3 fuses all failed at once!
