Yeah, east of droitwich it gets fantastic. Take the A4133 and A443, and keep going til you hit er, Aberystwyth.

There's some good stuff between Brum and Nuneaton/Cov, and north thereof.

Who me ?

Warks(Nuneaton/Cov) area ,specicially in places where you wouldn't expect to find a van ---keep a sharp lookout for the SCP hedgehog - the scam bike (especially as it's summer )-looks just like a police bike , but parked in full view , but always slightly out of the way ( sounds daft -till you almost don't spot it ,usually just inside a 30 )Smilie camera website gives details - best to know your enemy .
On the road front --M42 to Nuneaton via Furnace End - nice trip , and you can always divert at Church End to go through Ansley and via Seaswood Pool to Fillongley( nice bendy road ,not seen any enforcement on NSL -though watch out in 30 near cross roads at Fillongley) -left to Coventry or straight on to Meriden --A45 to M42-or check map for routes back to home
