You can stream it from the MotoGP website, but IIRC it's €100 for the year. Or you could wait until about an hour after its finished and go to www.racing-underground.com and download a torrent of a handfull of different channels' coverage, the 125s, 250s and pretty much any other motorsport that you care to watch.

CBS Sports (5pm Eastern) will be covering the MotoGP race live, SpeedTV is only doing the AMA Superbike and Suportsports from Laguna.

Maybe in Bermuda (like a sort of British Eurosport) but it's not on the mainland USA listings and none of the Americans I asked said they are showing it.http://sports.espn.go.com/espntv/espnGuide
Weird if so as it is the US GP this weekend.
