cant send emails on piston heads...why?

Im interested in a car on here as im selling mine on here and at the bottom of the other usered thread on the car im interested in it states click here to email me yet it doesnt work....why is this?

It may be that the person you are trying to email has set his profile not to accept emails - which basically means that no-one can email him via his profile.

Is this member emails (ie through the forums), or on the classified adverts when you click on "Click Here to Email Me"?
