Our policy on adding new forums is usually down to popularity of a subject dominating the forums and thus worth spinning off its own forum. We do this as we like to have forums that are contributed to daily. I haven't been in the forums that much recently so not sure of the volume of posts on books, but I will have a monitor over the next few days and see if the topic merits its own forum.
