wish I came down now, but 5+ hours each way on my own, for a 20 min race, plus need to get mine finished.

Where do the championship points listings appear? I know that Andy adds some to TVR Monster, but is there a central site? TVRCC perhaps?

also, rumour has it the guys with the TV cameras were Bona Fide TV crew. Someone mentioned Motors TV on Friday for Race and Rally UK, has this been confimed yet?

I Think the Official Points listing was handed over to Nick, so he'll sort them out send them to John and John will mail them out to all competitors he has an e-mail address from.

monster and tvrcc should be updated from there.

Not sure on the TV, they were certainly there, and actually appeared to have something better than a couple of gezers and a handi cam !!!! I suspect they were there and filmed us, but its a case of the series finding some money before anything else happens..

I had one of the cameras in my car for both races. They must be really heavy though cos I couldn't match my qualifying time when I was still learning the track!!!!!

Be good for the series if it gets on telly.

The TV cameras belonged to the MG Car Club and were manned by their members. They did film other bits and bobs to give a flavour of the weekend, but were there just to film their series.

Little bit embarassing that they are able to do that and we can't...

I dunno have you seen the size of the MG car club... for their big bash during the year, they fill silverstone with mg's of all ages and i mean FILL the place is rammed... not really that fair to compair them. The TVRCC fight well above their weight and total number of cars thats what probably only 10k cars in total... how many mgf's did they make in a year !!! a fair few more than that I'll wager...

I'll agree though it would be nice to get more exposure, and TV's good for some

Maybe not...Hugh is missing from the overall standings list. I know I am biased but he was 3rd overall at Brands so must have a few points.....!

Yeah he does, I've got a full list of all races/points/rankings etc but its on my laptop with all the datalogger software... You're welcome to look at it at Silverstone though!
