Looks like the people have spoken! I preferred the original too!

However another thought... I've seen another vxr on here (think it was a red one) where they'd sprayed everything inside the 'groove' black, and i thought it looked ace! almost like you had a diffuser, and made the back look a lot cleaner...

Looks like they've done all the shiney bits going on the wheels etc. I quite like the black look but if it was all the original gray colour of the plastic it'd probably look even more like it was actually meant to be of some purpose!
