Might be nice to join you guys if there is space left. What do I need to do to organise?

On consulting the small print I see that there is an entrance fee (concessionary) for this one - £9 per person, with children under 16 free. I think the normal price is £16 so considering you get admission to the rest of Duxford Museum as well, that's still good value.

Apolgies for not pointing this out sooner; if it affects your attendance please let me know.

Are BBQs allowed?

Having checked, no. Duxford rules and regs doesn't allow it. I pointed out that they can have jet fighters wth white-hot exhausts taking off and landing, but not a BBQ! Never mind, another win to the God of Health & Safety.

No gazebo either. It might jump up and attack someone.

Amazing that they allow cars really.

I've just sent details of the RV, timings, maps and site info to everyone on my list (17 cars) by e-mail. If you don't receive it please let me know. We have space for three more if anyone else is interested!

See you there!

I reckon it should take about an hour to drive from Stowmarket, so aim to leave by 9:15?
