Help needed with choice

I have a mate who has to make a choice for his new company car.
He can have a 318d M-Sport Touring or a 320d SE Touring or a 520d SE.
What do we think ?
I have a 525d M-Sport so said he should go with the 5 series but I am a bit biased !

What sort of driver is he? The M-sport will have stiffer suspension than the SE - might have a bearing either way. Also, how does company car tax stack between the three cars? I'd imagine he'd be paying more for the 5-series.

Edit: My choice would be the 5-series - I like big saloons
