hello people, new to the forum, been sent over from SXOC with a question, any help would be appreciated.

Got done by a bus lane camera, thing is, bus lane was not marked in red, it used to be but not any more, do i have a leg to stand on. Please say there is hope, this was 28/8, and i also used the same bus lane two days ago, i'm screwed, i dont have £100 to pay.

it used to be painted in red but not anymore, so i assumed they had cancelled it

Don't think you can get off. Didn't the ticket have the offer of a reduction to 50quid if you pay within 14 days?

yeah but i drove through again couple of days ago, i feel like i've been screwed over like with the speeding cameras, they take the red paint off the road and still leave it in service, TOSSERS!!!!

Was the lane singled out by a solid white line or sign posted?

If there were no road markings or signs, you could argue you case through the courts, but if you have enough evidence, it probably won't even go that far.
