How can i get his off!!?

Its a tomtom plastic plate, but should be stuck above your tax disc, to hide the rings from your windscreen.. pretty pointless if its stuck in the center of your windscreen visiable to all!

Any ideas on how to get it to come off?

Use a hair drier and apply gentle heat. Pry it up carefully with a blunt dinner knife, working carefully around the outside. Turn on the heated window if you have an electric one it will help, then take the hair drier outside and heat the same patch gently, getting someone else to apply gentle pressure levering it away from the window.

If all else fails, smash the window with a club hammer and claim off the windscreen insurance

that bit is designed to be stuck to the dash - not the windscreen... it's a sticky back disc to provide a flat surface for the mount to suck onto.

best thing to do would be to tug at it while warming the screen with a hairdrier
