I am a newcomer to your site so please excuse if I don't know the past history.

What is your view of the 'unsigned forms' issue? I believe that an 'agent' it currently reciving 'threatening' letters for non signing of an NIP.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

I believe that there is now two choices:
1) Fold, although, in your case, you appear to be 'Yorke compliant'.
2) If you decide to carry on, do not return further NIPs or indulge in further correspondence.
