Why the lock? PH TV is not too easy to navigate, find favorites etc. Thought this would be a good way to get people to compare and discuss favorites.

I'm genuinely confused. Would a "best car vids on youtube" thread have been locked?

I read it as asking for people's recommendations and links to particularly good videos on PHTV... made sense to me, good idea I thought.

That's exactly what I had in mind. There are lots of good videos on there, but it's not easy to find the really good ones. Some personal reccomendations might get people using the service more.
