Looks good Nicola. How does it compare to the Mazda?
A lot different it sounds just sublime to the Mazda, you don't have to rag it to have fun, personally I think theirs a lot more feel, it is slower but sounds better, brakes not as good at all, surprised how much torque the engine seems to have!!As a drivers car I prefer the MG it is more fun IMHO, the only think I HATE are the stupid window wipers (you may as well not bother)

Ah Eurotour Performance 868 tyres..... Err are you sure about this car?

I like the car
I know most people think old MGs are s
t but I like it!!Are they really bad tyres?! I seem to have a habit of picking cars with really rubbish cheap tyres at the moment
However a search for those tyres only returns results from France.... Now they might be great but I suspect not.

No worse than the Tivs TBH. Rainex is the way forward IMO as above about 30 you don't need the wipers and helps loads below that too.
Welcome to to wonderful world of classic motoring - ineffective wipers are just one of the joys. Rain-ex is excellent stuff though, I've been using it for years - hardly use wipers except when I'm checking them prior to the MoT.Gassing Station | Midlands | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
