Scammers are getting through again

Whilst browsing the classified section this morning i noticed that the scammers are back. Blatent under priced cars and no contact number...bla bla bla.. I have tried to report the ads but to no avail

Q For the powers that be
How is it that scammers can get a car on the system that obviously is not there's but it's a real ball ache for me to put my ad on????
