You can order them in the UK from a Sieko dealer and loads of UK websites sell them. However, you will pay UK RRP which from memory is around £250+
The only place to get one for under £100 is from a UK seller on ebay. Loads of UK based ebay shops sell them for this price with UK next day delivery.

I don't like eBay, and so I paid a little more to get one from Amazon - a 'marketplace' seller called Watch Pavilion from the USA. I got a 'deluxe package' because at the time I didn't have any tools to resize the bracelet (which I needed to!!!). Total cost was $228 (around £120 at the time), and $43.95 of that was shipping and handling. Of course I also ended up paying the duty on the way in, but it wasn't heinous because the watch didn't cost a lot in the first place. I'm a little less paranoid about eBay now, but this Amazon purchase was as reliable as Amazon always are - very quick delivery, no BS. Mine came in the Seiko presentation box, along with a couple of really crap tools (not Seiko - just popped in by Watch Pavilion as a 'helpful' value-add so I didn't need to go to a watch shop. They sufficed to get the job done without damage, but my 'proper' tools now make the stuff I got then look silly... but that's another story) and a spare chunky Rubber strap. Rubber isn't my thing, and I'm no diver anyway, but the rubber strap is *very* sturdy and the watch uses a spring bar as thick as a sausage. It doesn't look like it'd ever give way short of using an axe (it's one of those tough rubbers that doesn't cut easily). Could have easily searched this forum for a pic, but here's my Orange Monster on my skinny wrist (it's the biggest watch I own, looks far bigger than the Sea Dweller but the SD 'feels' taller, for some reason). It's as tough as hell, and as you can see from the pic, the movement doesn't 'snap' the date on the dot at 12 midnight (like the SD does, and the Sinn, IIRC - reason is below in my rambling about the movement) - but the Monster has the cool blue and red coloured day/date to remind you that it's the weekend.... blue for boozing, red for the hangover, presumably (is this colour change different on the Black Monster, for Black owners? And Yellow, if anyone's lucky enough here to have one...)

Remember that the Seiko movement in the Monster (7S26) can't handwind, and doesn't hack either... if you have a collection and wear the Monster only occasionally, you'll need to wiggle about a bit to wind up that mainspring, which is usually only good for a day or so of power reserve. This isn't a criticism - it's a very reliable and very rugged movement, but the rotor is small (not the entire diameter of the movement as in many automatic watches, and uses Seiko's cool Magic Lever to wind the mainspring in both directions of turning the rotor. The Magic Lever is very efficient and just wearing the watch for a day will wind the watch up.
As a result, the (screwdown, watertight) crown has 3 positions, one neutral 'screwed down', one to quickset the date (turn one way to advance the day, the other direction to advance the date) and one to set the time. It's simple, robust, and efficient.
If you like to hack the second hand at 12 and start the watch off against a reference clock then the Monster will wind you up
but that's not the reason for this watch. The simplicity of the movement and the shock protection inside the case as well as built into the movement itself ensures that the Monster can take a hell of a beating. Thankfully, I've not smashed the hell out of mine, but I've heard of owners who have, and it keeps ticking
And, at the worst, it's a cheap movement to replace.Another thing that's cool about the Monster is that it has the brightest lume of any watch I own. Bung it under a mini-fluorescent bulb for a few seconds (anything with output skewed more to short wavelengths) and it glows bright enough to be seen in daytime conditions - let alone in the night, where it's like a torch (well, perhaps not that extreme
but it's impressive).Bought mine from watches2watches 3weeks ago, 2 day delivery with all papers and a posh Seiko box... spot on service

Good (best) choice of colour but interesting box?Mine is a black Monster and it came in a white sieko box with black "silk effect" Cushion. I've seen other monsters in the same packaging but never seen one in the box you picture?

I am hopefully going to be able to aquire a Monster before the year is out. I was almost certainly gong to get the metal strap black face. However I really like this all black version http://www.seiyajapan.com/product/S-SZEN002/SEIKO_...
It's the first time I've seen one for sale. Obviously, it is dearer than a regular stainless one, but can anyone comment on whether the price is about right for this version.
I also bid on a blue monster on Ebay a few months ago but didn't win. Does anyone know of anywhere on line that sells the rarer versions of the Monster?

Andrew
I also got mine from ebay, Seller "Hourgallery" he has one listed now for £105 plus £7 next day delivery (Item number 300246002992). He's a UK seller and my watch turned up as promised the very next morning. Seems the box is different in the picture but if I remember correctly that was the generic box he pictured on my auction. The box it came in was far nicer.
It seems prices have gone up slightly since I bought mine as I paid under £100 including shipping.
ps. The Watch above has "best offer" on it too
