Looking for some advice,

I am looking to get a setup that may give a sharper steering feel. The car is perfect and has only done 12K on the road, so may not be worth doing.

I was thinking of popping down to Lipscombe's my local friendly dealer and getting done for £130.

Any ideas?

What size are your front tyres?
I put 195 yoko A048 and this REALLY change the feeling of the front.

Elise is always very sensitive to geo. It is always a very good "mod" to check it.

Just the standard 175 or 185 - cannot remember off hand. Yes i can imagine 195 make is a bit more tail happy, with that front end grip.

Might try the Geo first and then tyres second.

Thanks for the advice!

You IT Geek ! Cheers mate, Well I have discovered point 1, may just book a couple of days with Andy!

I like the idea of going on a training day to dial out understeer, do you think work will take this as a training day.....

IT Geek! I don't know if I should take offence to that remark.wink

I can't see you getting that off as a training day. Would be funny watching you explain why you need this skill for the office.

I had Sinclaire's do a "waspy" set up on my 111r it made a huge difference.

Also did a walshy day, which showed me the car wasnt handling badly with understeer it was just my bad driving!!!

Lots of good suspension people about. Plans, Hoffman and Mountfort (Randy), Guigelemi etc. Just use someone that knows the Elise inside out.
