Guys,

A mate and myself are about to launch a brand new car washing concept in the UK.

Basically we wash a car with steam.

It only uses 1 litre of water and uses detergent or other nasty environmentally unfriendly chemicals.

We have bought two types of machines and need to try them out to see which one is best suited to our operation. To this end we are offering reduced price or even free steam car washes to those who are interested in helping us test the concept. Our business will not be actually washing the cars, we will be selling the equipment to the car wash facility. Hence we need to trial the machines to find out which one to major on.

The concept of washing cars with steam is already used in France, Korea, Japan, Australia and the USA and so we thought it about time that we brought it to the UK market place.

Therefore, anyone who would like a free steam wash and see this idea in action get yourself down to the Total petrol station on Haunchwood Rd, Stockingford, Nuneaton CV10 8DE between 9am and 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday this weekend.

We would also welcome any feed back on ease of use of the equipment so if any of you would like to have a go at using steam to wash your own car, come on down.

Just to put some minds at ease the equipment is completely safe and you will not scald yourself, but you will be surprised at how good the paintwork looks after its been steam washed.

Hope to see you on Saturday or Sunday.

Cheers,

Tony

As a result of the enthusiastic response of his customers the owner of the garage has asked us to move to his busiest site for today which is the Central Total Service Station in Nuneaton.

It was damn hot yesterday and I don't know who got a better work out the machines or us. Very, very useful day however.

All welcome.

Cheers,

Tony

Is this steam cleaner the one that comes as the back pack and has the switch too release water aswell as steam?

as in this youtube video?

I'd be very interested in the cost purely though for steam cleaning arches and engine bays only
