Spot Lamps 2007

Just traded a 04 Cooper for a 57 Cooper. I'd fitted aftermarket spots with a stainless bracket to the old one. If I take them off will the bracket fit the new shape one?
If not (as I suspect) where can I get some new shape lamps and bracket - I'd prefer not to have to mess around with reprogramming, just wire them through a relay into the full beam circuit.

Pretty sure the new (as in R56) lights are different. I am sure you get a bracket from dealer...and a new from grill. I am pretty sure you also have to re-program the car to let it know they are there otherwise you get some fault code etc showing...
..I could be completely wrong of course...happens all the time.
