Hi guys,
Just bought an Exige s and thinking of upgrading the exhaust and air intake to improve performance (and sound!!). Just wondered if anyone could recommend a good combo. I have been warned to check this will not affect the engine management system, any advice or suggestions much appreciated. Cheers.

Exhaust wise i would recommend 2Bular, works or art. I have one on my Sport 160 and love it, long wait though. Other than that my choice would have been Larini.

Have to agree on the works of art thing. A mate had one but put with itg induction kit, caused probs with the engine management light coming on constantly. Cheers for the suggestion

Did he fit it with De-cat pipe? On the S2 you need one of these (I think) to eliminate that issue.

Best place to get advice would be www.seloc.org

Where abouts in Kent are you? We have a couple of runs throughout the year on here. The Kent Run is always good fun and Saied does a few too. Also a lot on SELOC.

I have the Club Racer with the Lotus sports exhaust. Have been told by many people on track that it sounds the best and also throws flames.

I have a Larini club sport on mine.

Atrocious service; they twice failed to deliver as promised. It does pop and bang nicely and howls well enough when pressing on. It may be subjective but it doesn't seem to get to the rev limiter as easily as it did with the standard exhaust.

Don't bother with the air intake on the S/C model you’re wasting your time and money! If anything look into a better charge cooler more expensive but a better performance upgrade

Speak to Sinclair’s about this, I'd give them a call before you buy a exhaust

Had my Exige S about a month now and got a Larini fitted on saturday....had them send it directly down to Lipscomb Lotus in maidstone ( no fuss at all) and they charged 100 notes to fit it on and service was good...took less than an hour and i think it sounds just plain offensive. Just kidding...its awesome...love the pops...drove down to Poole after getting it fitted and its not too boomy for motorways either.
