Hello Everybody.

After much lurking on here researching cars, today I have become the proud owner of an S1 Elise.
Despite having read the owner's manual, I can't seem to find out how to turn on the driving lights??

Please could someone enlighten me?

Many thanks.

James

Welcome.. You are not the first and no doubt you will not be the last to ask this same newbie question.

The driving lights are linked to high beam and compliment them, i.e.they are activated by the stalk concurrently with high beam.

Welcome to the joys of Lotus ownership.

I just thought I would add, make sure you have some of the plastic protectors from Eliseparts for your driving lights, I wish I had before a truck very kindly drove through a pile of stones and mud one morning and sprayed them across the front of my S1 breaking both of them, they are not cheap (the lamps that is, not the protectors). In hindsight, I think they are a good investment!
