Nice idea, but from previous communications with people in the know it seems the papers only want fresh pics.

AFAIK the vans haven't been around recently - catching poor buggers somewhere else in Thames Valley!

Just ignoring the merits of Talivans, that parking is remarkably dangerous for pedestrians.

Would be interesting to know if any accidents used to generate the need for the van in the first place had involved pedestrians walking around parked vehicles!
