I am wondering why there is comparitvely so little input into this forum, when viewed against the vast number of MG's on the road and such a superb classic heritage (one which I am very new to, but really enjoying so far), when one compares this to the TVR forum which has a posting seems like every five minutes when one would be lucky to see a TVR in each 500 miles of mundane motoring and an MG of sorts in every 50 or so.

Can anyone enlighten, as to why?

Was wondering the same thing.Seems to be only a handful of us on here. All helpful and friendly. Thought maybe being a classic marque, most owners of A's B's and C's are on other boring club type website forums. Although this wouldn't apply to modern F's TF's etc.
Anyway keep posting and it might encourage more people to do the same!

I'd say you get more problems with a TVR, hence more posts!laugh (I should know, I had one!)

IIRC Pistonheads started out as a TVR forum then spread to other marques. The only other TVR forum I know of is the TVRCC and non-members can't view/post there.

MG have already got a number of other dedicated forums which are quite lively, hence most MG owners that I know of on PH are also on other marque specific forums.

yes

Exactly what I was going to say, I think there are a few more MG fora than TVR, so they all tend to come here.

Ditto - although the fact there has been no decent MG worthy of the badge for about 35 years might have something to do with it !

I've always found this site to be very good and it covers a wide range of models:
