Does anyone know if a trip computer comes as standard on a 2003 cooper s? My indicator stick doesn't have the button on top to change thru the trip options?

Thanks in advance for any info guys

The trip computer is an option, not sure if it's included in any packs.

I believe it was part of the Chilli pack, if you don't have the button on top of the indicator stalk then I'm afraid you don't have one. On the 2003 cars you only got temp/ave speed/ave mpg/range, I usually left mine on temp anyway. The 2004 facelift gave more useful stuff like current speed/current mpg

Mine is an October 2003 build pre-facelift and has current speed and consumption as well as the standard options, maybe they updated the car bit by bit and the computer was near the top of the list!?!

I believe its possible to add the computer yourself, I'm sure I've seen a guide on how to do it somewhere. possibly on mini2?
