Hi guys

After a spirited drive with the old man in his Griff I looked across and noticed a large black box hanging down in the passanger footwell. Not sure whell it has fallen from but it seems to have pulled the carpet with it and it wont stay up. Any ideas?

Its the heater ECU and needs to be cable tied to something to secure it. The fact they flop about all over the place is probably why they often fail.

You can punch a small hole through the carpet and also cable tie that to something as well.

My passenger foot well is loose, so that you can get to the 100amp fuse in the foot well.

the top of it is zip tied to the HAVC hose that runs across the top.

i hope this helps.

Depending on how hot the weather is, the glue seems to melt and the carpet falls down. Just get more spray glue on it and it's back to it's best, lol!

Rear shelf at the corners are curling up and doing the same thing. Very strange but same fix!
