Legal or not??
Discussion
Took one of my baby seats out of the Meriva and put it in the Exige today when i took my 3 year old daughter out for a drive.
Took me less than 2 minutes to fit aand the seat felt as solid and secure in the Exige as it does in the Meriva and in fact was much easier getting her in and out of it.
Is this legal what i have done??
The reason i ask is that i have read loads of posts from people asking about baby seats and what type etc to use but for me is was so easy just putting a normal one in. Am i missing something here??

Take my 3 year old daughter out in the elise all the time. Been past loads of BIB and they have never said anything. They are correctly restrained so there should not be a problem. My daughter loves it, especially when i drop her of at nursery.
D
mine loved it too, she even had her shades on and was doing Fonz type thumbs up to other drivers at the lights. I prefer her to be n the Exige rather than kicking me in the back when she is in the Meriva !!!D
I take my 3.5 year old as well in my Elise S1.
"Remember daddy" with pointed up finger, "You can go fast on the flat, but not uphill or downhill"
She does sit in a "Recaro" though with speakers in the headrest !!!! She loves it as she can see forward in our cars (rather than sideways and headrest) and when I do squeeze the pedal she looks at me and grins like a cheshire cat. Priceless
