Ah yes... just south of the M4 junction with the A470, going into Cardiff. And just over the brow of that hill are traffic lights with red light cameras on them... what fun.

As wanty says.
I find this a very annoying stretch of tarmacadum, everyone rockets off the lights before them then they stand on the brakes to 30 for the camera then off again over the hill. Into the next set of lights....
