Sat Nav type/ DVD update

Hi all,

having just bought a 2004 S type R with the inbuilt DVD sat nav(player in the boot) - i would like to get the most up to date disc available. Any idea what type this is ( suspect Kenwood) but what model is it? Any idea where to get the dvd's ?
