I would just like to say, big thanks to Jeff for his assistance on the way back from the wedgefest on Sun, both being from S.Wales we drove back together, about half an hour in and I noticed the temp going up beyond normal, eventually had to pull in as temp continued to rise, as soon as I stopped, steam!!, popped the bonnet and a bloody hose joiner had broke and pissed coolant all over what was a nice clean engine bay, luckily it wasn't a critical waterway, just the joiner connecting the two hoses that used to be connected to the hot spot on the throttle body, so we plugged the two now stray ends with bolts, refilled the cooling system and away to go, everything back to normal and had a nice blast home. Once again, thanks Jeff, hope you got home ok.clap

No problemo. I knew the 4 liters would come in handy one day.

Cheers Jeff, think I'll stick to the metal ones from now on, as it was a plastic/nylon one that broke, cheers.
