I expect this thread will go shortly as there is a no naming and shaming policy on PH. However this is a shame and i hope you get your money back. i expect they will back down as you seem irrate and will take it through the right course of action to get a refund.
There are a few on here that use them, good and bad experiences. Good luck with it all
