Clasified ad question

Hi,

I've advertised my car in the clasifieds, but when I search and filter by price, it is listed out of order, amongst cars nearly a thousand pounds more expensive.

Anyone got any idea why this is?

I went to the clasifieds, selected Renault, then Megane, then clicked on the 'filter' and selected the any distance option and typed "R26" in the search in title field.

Mine is the black Megane priced at £12995

Absolutely fine, Pete.

It's more obvios if you sort the search results lowest price first, my car should be near the top, but it appears on the second page of results.

I've had a look at this and your advert is appearing correctly,

With the new classified system, premium adverts appear ahead of all the standard adverts.

This means if you sort the cars by price low to high you will get the cheapest premium advert, all the way up to the most expensive premium advert, before starting again with the standard adverts.

At the moment there are still a few old style adverts in the system which are being treated as premium advert despite lacking the gray premium advert marker but once these expire in a few days time it should be much easier to see where the standard adverts start.
