OK, chaps, panic over... new route planned thumbup

It is designed to have the maximum number of cars in the tunnels at any one time biggrin
All i need now is a volunteer with a TomTom who fancies doing a dry run for the Tunnel Section this weekend (no need to dash up to Silverstone)- unfortunately i can't make it. I could also do with someone doing a sanity check against the published road closure information, although i'm pretty sure we will be in good shape.

If there is a volunteer out there, please give me a call on my mobile, which you should have from the e mail i sent out. Once the route has been checked, i'll send out a new set of directions and TomTom file.

Thanks for your patience
David

Hi Dave, (Blues)

Well done for getting this back on route and hope you are enjoying your holiday!

Since my little "off" at Anglesey we have been busy rebuilding the Tasmin. Basically everything from the doors forward (with the exception of the engine) has been either straightened or replaced. So, I'll see you there bounce

Unfortunately I will not have time to do any testing, so it will be straight out of the box and into qualifying hence I'll be taking it very easywink

Great news about Ntel being back in the race clap
I have a revised route, which I will definately be driving. Start place and time same as previouslt mailed out. I am having internet difficulties where I am,which probably means that I won't get the new route mailed out until Wednesday night. Given. Only have blackberry access, can someone please start a list of who is attending which part of the run? Many thanks, see you early on Sunday. thumbup

I will let Blues clarify this but i think it's 09:30 departure from Scratchwood to convoy up to Silverstone and Scratchwood for those who dont know is now known as London Gateway services.

http://uk.weather.com/weather/10day-London-UKXX0085

all depends on the website you go to! which makes me think..... if they can be so uncertain about the weather, how about MMGW? has this been discussed on PH before?wink

hoping to make the tunnels if saturday night can be kept remotely sensible. still, i'm struggling to compute such an early start on a sunday!
