looking for a bit of advice on some hull damage

we've bought a topper dingy but there is some damage to the hull where the trailer wheels have touched at some point.

I've had alook and found this
http://www.wet-windy.co.uk/acatalog/Topper_Repair....
is this the right stuff to repair it with as I think it might be, or is there something better to use?

Topper can be poly wedlded. I don't know if you can do this yourself I have only heard of its being done by boat repairers, but given a Topper is pretty robustly built it can't be too difficult. Might be worth ringing Topper up / a boat repairer and asking them.

Good luck.

yep they can be poly welded, we have a guy that comes in once a year and does all our boats where I work. As we are a watersports centre, its more cost effective to do that than buy a new boat.

When I used to race them as a kid though, you would pretty much write the boat off if it had a hole in it, as it was too much hassle and quite expensive to take it to a pro to get it sorted.

where abouts is the damage and does it go right the way through?
