Did i hear talks of the locals in Harpenden wanting this stopped next year???

Did anyone see them "Disco" bikes?? those with more lights on than Thomas Edison....

Every year thousands of people turn up, spend loads of money and have a nice time looking at some great cars.

Every year a few locals complain fervently about it.

Its only a matter of time before it gets moved - the showground up the road has been mentioned. Trouble is you'll lose the atmosphere if you take it somewhere bigger.

Trouble is, in many thousands vs a dozen residents situations the decision almost always goes with the minority and thus kills years of tradition - just look at racing circuits and aerodromes.
