sport KA info?

first post in the ford section, i feel dirty...lol


my aunt is looking to buy a sport KA. from the info ive been given, low mileage, good condition, standard spec.

but im after a bit more info, common faults, fixes, etc.

cant find too many posts in the ford forum about the cars though.

where is best to get such info?

It isn't that active, but there are plenty of posts already there to read through.

The most common complaint seems to be that it is virtually impossible to get any thing like the claimed 37mpg - I get about 30.

iv had a history from new of eletrical faults , 2 main ecu swops under warrenty. think that its a water leaking problem. also had 2 springs replaced at 30k both, a front and rear snaped !!

After reading that and hankering after a better bike, I'm really tempted to give the car back to the finance co.
