best spark plugs to use

Can any tell me the best plugs to use on a highly mofified 1.8 20v T engine please.

A part number and where to buy them would be even better.

If your running big boost you need a higher temperature grade of plug.

I used Denso Plugs when I used to have tuned Ford turbos.

The stock plug for 225bhp TT is PK20PR-P8 or if you want the better iridium ones VK20Y

A slightly hotter plug would be PK22PR or VK22 (bigger number).
