Marillion go South Park

A couple of weeks ago Marillion announced a competition to do a video for their new track "Whatever is wrong with you" with the prize being 5 grand for the one that has the most hits on YouTube by 1st December. I've got a bit of catching up to do as I didn't read about it till the middle of last week, and there is already one on there with over 11,000 views!!!

I couldn't get the band themselves so had to improvise.... so here they are in a South Park stylee...

I'm quite pleased with this if I do say so myself, especially given that I downloaded the Adobe Flash trial on Thursday night and it's the first time that I have ever used it. Which resulted in the most primitive animation since, er, South Park!

Watch it several times a day for the next few months to get my view count up

Very good vid

I pre-ordered the album yonks ago but I don't like the new song at all and I didn't like SWE. It was a bunch of poor songs with terrible production so I'm a bit nervous about the new album being much good

I may be wrong though, and it may be another masterpiece like Marbles.

Good effort! Always enjoy seeing them live and it's nice to see a band try innovative ways of promoting their music.
