Got to check my washer pump as motor is going but not pumping ; there's no leak BTW. Liner looks a bit of a pig to remove, and has pop rivets. Any one out there done it ? and could perhaps suggest a good place to get replacement parts ie the pop rivets and liner, pump etc, etc.

Cheers

Colin.

from memory they have a 'thumb tack' bit, which pushes into an insert a bit like a rawlplug which expands and holds the liner in place. I hope you can see what I'm getting at here!

clean the area up and it's all relatively obvious. I broke a couple and used zip ties to hold the liner in place afterwards. probably more secure that way!

It's an easy job, you'll be fine.

Thanks Adam. Yeah it all looks rather pants. Bit of built in profit by making it awkward along with the torx screws but I'll prevail. Like you mentioned it's a good idea to find something that will do the job equally as well.
