Apple iphone work with Bluetooth?

Does anyone on here know if Apples new iphone is compatible with the Bluetooth on my 2 yr old Merc E-Class.

Really want one, but as I spend quite bit of time in my car, would like it to work through the car system.

You need to get the Bluetooth HFP phone module (the cheaper one of the 2) and it works fine.
