If you're not happy mixing it with BMWs we have one of our regular TVR, Lotus and Noble trackdays at Croft on the 16th September! Open pitlane, instruction, technical support, refreshments etc. We may, of course, have the odd BMW attanding too!!
Best regards to all, Tony at Hexham H C.

The Hexham HC trackdays at Croft are superb & the 'Ian Botham' of trackdays...
By far the best track days I have done in the last 10 years with the usual exceptional array of cars, especially TVR's.

Hopefully, I will have my car back in time for the HHC track day & run in. After that the Silverstone Goldtrack days on the GP circuit, then weather permitting, the Ring...

Are you going on any?

Not convinced it's my thing Shaun. Would like to spectate for awhile then maybe have a crack at Cadwell for starters next year. You more than anyone knows how these things go. They end up being an addiction and burn your funds up faster than Super Unleaded. For now I'm still enjoying fast road. I think track days will push me to another level, and push the Griff to needing more money throwing at it. Decisions, decisions.

That said, I eally fancy a crack at The Ring.

Croft is a good track to start to get to know your Griff & it's capabilities as that's where I started when I had a Griffith 10 years ago & loved driving it around Croft, yeah track days do become addictive. I'm hopelessly addicted now.

The Ring though for a first track day would be like a virgin sleeping with someone like Madonna in her 'prime' which would be incredibly exciting but also could end in disaster & embarassment... Even so wouldn't have mind starting with Madonna though would you?

Take care & good luck

Well, I've done a few tracks on the bike. Silverstone, Croix, come to mind. Did Cadwell in the Taimar a few years ago. Never been to Croft but I've always fancied a crack at Madonna!

Take care, hope to see you soon with that awesome TVR of yours!

Yeah, we'll catch up soon. I'm gonna be at the HHC track day at Croft in September with or without car , hopefully with... it's worth a ride up even if you don't partake. Next year there will be frequent Ring visits etc, I will let you know the dates closer to the time. I was there in May & there was a modified Griffith there & it was flying round (Nitrons,Toyo 888's & brakes) It also sounded fabulous...

I'm definately interested should have my car back & run in by then, I reckon a friend of mine in a tricked up Tuscan would be interested too, especially for Luftwaffe bashing...
