ALT text on links

I tend to browse with pics turned off when reading PH at work (during lunch time, obviously!) but have a slight problem....

Whilst "quote" and "edit" have recently gained alt text which means they show up as text links when pics are off, "bookmark" and "watch" at the top of the page don't, which makes the feature unavailable when pics are off.

I'm presuming this would be fairly easy to fix?
