It's called FPS Creator...

Read about it a few years back, nothing much more impressive than the level editors that come shipped with the likes of Unreal Tournament, you'll end up with an identikit FPS level with identikit enemies, with the ability to shoot at them with identikit weaponry.

No, as I said, read about it a bit, but it seems midway between a typical level editor and some sort of super-lite games development software.

I doubt you'll be whipping up COD5 anytime soon with it though.
