So, tried to get a drink in the First Class Lounge at Heathrow yesterday. Couldn't get near for a huge gaggle of braying, champgane swilling, smoked salmon eating smug fookers.

That's right, Tessa Jowell and all her hangers on on their way to the Olympics.

So much for reducing the carbon footprint and prudence with our money.

Boris on the other hand wrote a piece in the Telegraph stating that he would not be cancelling his holiday abroad. Eveb Bliar had the decency not to pretend he was green and holiday in Skegness.

I can cope with Brown and his 20 lackys. He is after all the PM (the ), and letting him be shot and keeping him in the dark is poor form. (Even if It would improve the country). But what are the rest doing? Fine send the competitors and a few staff to let them focus on getting sweatty, but I cont see why any politicians are out there....unless we can refuse them entry when they get back? Or plant drugs on them and lock them up upon their return...
