Picked it up Thursday. What a beast, what a car! cloud9

As some may be aware, the interior, namely the carbon dash is a bit rubbish, so will be going as soon as poss.
Rest of the car is mint, new hood/carpets/paint etc..

May well change the steering wheel too, it's one of those quick release jobbies, but i'd prefer it back to original.

Anyway, a few pic's after a quick wash and wax up:

Happy as a pig in s**t me...love it! biggrin

Just need to get out there and drive it....bl**dy weather!

Nice one, one of the best colours as well. The carbon dash is naff. Give London Carriage craft a call, he'll sort you out.

Thanks for the comments guys. It really is a fantastic car that deserves to be used and cared for.

The previous owner Steve Richardson was in 2 minds about selling, but due to noise and close neighbour proximity - it had to go.
His loss - my gain.. biggrin

I trailered her down from the Wirral Thursday but i have driven her a few times since. It seems to have stacks of low down grunt.. more than the 400!
Quite surprised tbh, i thought it would be similar but different.. but it is awesome! Once a few more miles are on the engine i will get it serviced and a bit of a tune up. Oh and the exhaust is standard - that's going to change too evil

Stever.. you managed to guess almost immediately! Did look a bit sus i s'pose.
Your turn next.
I've a had a few calls re: 400, nothing serious at mo. Mainly time wasters i suspect. rolleyes

I'll try and make the next meet, fingers crossed weather has improved too.

To finish off:
I honestly am stunned/amazed that i now own this SEAC. I don't know about anyone else but i have loved Wedge shaped TVR's for years and always associate the 450 SEAC as the ultimate version.
Steve was quite keen that it was sold to an enthusiast, i'd like to think i am and hope that anyone who knows me will agree. This SEAC is in safe hands. smile

Going back out to my garage..again..to just sit and...stare. cloud9

(One other thing...what's the best way to clean under 'that' spoiler?? You need arms like pipe cleaners silly)

Wayne ,

Just seen this , congrats !!!!!!!!!!! I love that colour , I love my seac too and spend time looking at her and thinking even now ' is that mine' ? can't be ! , anyway , be careful because these beasts are fast/loud/get under your skin seriously/everyone wants it/ and everyone will stare like crazy ! How about a meet up with the two blue seacs at some stage , and a few pics for the wedge pages ? forgot to mention , the cleaning under surf board bit , undo the bolts at the back , I've put some plastic washers next to the paintwork to protect it .Another thing , overtaking will never be the same again , goodbye tintops !
